Total E&P Libya has said it will resume drilling in its onshore Libyan fields in 2011. The company’s executive director in Libya, Stephane Michele, told the Pan-African News Agency (PANA) that the drilling would begin with the offshore Al Jorf field, where a pre-qualification round has recently been launched for fractured reserve modelling services.
