ARCHIVE: Mabruk Oil Operations opens pre-qualifying bid round

Libya-based oil company Mabruk Oil Operations (MOO) has opened a pre-qualifying round for engineering, procurement, supply, construction and commissioning (EPSCC)  bids for the Dahra and Gharian reservoirs in its onshore oilfield. MOO says that pre-qualification documents and materials are due by 3 November.
