Specifications:

Brega is seeking to appoint a company to install a vehicle management and tracking system for its fleet of cars and trucks. The company wishes to install tracking devices on 224 trucks and 160 cars, plus to create a central control centre and six sub-centres. The system must be able to cover various areas of Libya including Tripoli, Benghazi, Zawiya, Misrata, Sebha and Kufra.
