EXTENDED: Expression of interest for integrated solid waste management BOT project

The Libyan government invites qualified companies to submit documents and profiles in consideration for a major nationwide cleaning and waste management contract. The scope of work covers all major cities in Libya and includes construction of new infrastructure plus the collection of residential, commercial, industrial, electrical and medical waste.

The contract is being offered on a 10-year Build, Operate, Transfer (BOT) basis. The government will shortlist a number of candidates and launch a tender process thereafter.
