Purchase of two land parcels in Tripoli

The Arabian Gulf Oil Company is seeking to purchase two plots of land in Tripoli to establish a new office.

The requirements for the land are as follows:

1. Site 1 should be between 4,000 - 5,000m2 and suitable for an office construction

2. Site 2 should be between 2,000 - 3,000m2 and suitable for a recreation area

3. Both sites should be within the boundary of Tripoli city

4. both sites should have certification of ownership and should not be subject to dispute
