Harouge Oil Operations is seeking a contractor to repair and renovate a residential building used by sailors in Ras Lanuf port.

The scope of work involves the "removal of damaged part of the building caused by missiles and to make required repairs to the other part of the building and supplying all designs, drawings and field engineering services as may required during construction of work, testing services, labour, equipment and materials necessary to complete the seamen's quarters rehabilitation."
