The Caribbean island of Grenada is to receive a $1.9m grant from Libya for public works projects. The donation comes as part of Libya’s commitment to provide $10m to countries from the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS), following the visit by a Caribbean delegation to the North African country.
