ARCHIVE: Hyflux wins $100m contract for Tobruk desalination plant

Singapore-based Hyflux has won a $100m contract for engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) works on a planned desalination plant in Tobruk along Libya’s north-east  Mediterranean coast, the company reported on 15  November.
