Ras Lanuf and Es Sider force majeure lifted

The National Oil Corporation (NOC) has announced the lifting of force majeure at both the Ras Lanuf and Es Sider ports, which are back in government control after rebel groups which had captured them a year ago agreed to hand them back over to Tripoli.
