Jadhran "hires Canadian lobbyist" to further federalist aims

A report in the Canadian press claims the group headed by Ibrahim Jadhran, which controls several key oil ports, has signed a $2m (LD2.5m) contract with a Canadian lobbyist to push for greater autonomy for eastern Libya.
