Egypt attempts to organise bank guarantee for Libyan oil

Egypt's government is trying to arrange a $1bn (LD1.3bn) bank guarantee to help kick-start a stalled oil supply deal from Libya, which earlier this year agreed to sell crude on interest-free credit.
