ARCHIVE: Turkish firm TPOC discovers oil in Murzuq Basin

The National Oil Corporation (NOC) announced on 29 November that the Turkish Petroleum Overseas Company (TPOC) made an oil discovery in a block in the Murzuq Basin, located some 120km from the El Sharara oil field.
