ARCHIVE: Government says 4bn tonnes of iron ore in Wadi Shatti

The Chairman of the National Mining Corporation, Khalifa Ahmed Badrani, told the Al Jamahiriya newspaper that the Wadi Shatti area in central Libya contains around 4bn tonnes of iron ore deposits.
