Al-Arusi: output target is 1.7m bpd by year-end

Libya's oil and gas minister, Abdelbari al-Arusi, has reiterated the government's aim to increase crude oil production to around 1.7 million barrels per day (bpd) by the end of 2013 - similar to levels achieved in 2010.
