ARCHIVE: Housing construction and financing meeting held in Tobruk

Representatives of the Libyan Investment and Development Company (LIDCO), the Organisation for the Development of Administrative Centres (ODAC) and a locally-based bank met in Tobruk on 31 January to discuss housing projects in the region, Al Shams reported.
