Libya's state-owned General Company for Rapid Transport saw an increase in passenger numbers on international routes during August, but local traffic fell sharply during Ramadan.

Revenues at the state-owned Socialist Ports Company (SPC), which manages eight Libyan ports, have rebounded in the first half of 2012 but still remain below 2010 levels.
