ARCHIVE: NOC makes three oil discoveries in Murzuq and Ghadames Basins

The National Oil Corporation (NOC) announced on 7 December that its joint venture with Medco International Ventures and the Libyan Investment Authority (LIA) had made two discoveries in the Ghadames Basin.
